We are a small family trucking company with a high volume of multi-drop loads. Our mission is to provide reliable line haul and LTL services across the entire country.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes covering all 48 states. This position involves managing an average of 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week. The role requires a hands-on approach, with drivers responsible for 50% of both loading and unloading duties.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy ensures you receive two days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home for at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program to help you get started. During this time, we cover accommodation (providing drivers with their own room), lunch, and some or all travel expenses.
