About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This role involves managing line haul and LTL deliveries, with drivers responsible for 50% of the loading and unloading process. You will run all 48 states, averaging 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week. The position offers a competitive pay structure combining mileage and stop money, with an average weekly total of $1,500 to $2,500.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy ensures you get two days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least one weekend per month.

Orientation Details
We offer a paid orientation program to help you get started. During this time, accommodation is covered with drivers assigned their own room, lunch is included, and we cover some or all travel expenses.
Hiring Requirements
To apply, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only. Additionally, candidates must have at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience.
