We are a small family trucking company with a high volume of multi-drop loads. Our mission is to provide reliable line haul and LTL services across the entire country, running in all 48 states.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on an Over-The-Road (OTR) basis. This position involves handling 50% of the driver load and unload duties. The role is designed for solo drivers (W2) looking for consistent work with an average of 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers earn a competitive rate of $0.60 to $0.63 CPM, with a total weekly average pay between $1,500 and $2,500. In addition to mileage and stop money, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, disability coverage, and a 401K with a company match. Paid holidays and vacation time are also included.
Home Time
The expected schedule keeps drivers out for 14 to 21 days at a time, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The schedule is structured to provide two days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process and Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to help you get started. During this period, the company covers accommodation (providing drivers with their own room), lunch, and some or all travel expenses. To apply, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K), and possess at least two years of tractor-trailer experience.
