About the Role
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo), you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul and LTL routes. This position averages 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week. A key aspect of this role is the hands-on nature of the work, requiring drivers to handle 50% of the loading and unloading duties.
Home Time & Schedule
Our schedule is designed to balance time on the road with time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. The standard home time structure provides two days off for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to help you get started. During this period, we cover accommodation with your own room, include lunch, and assist with travel expenses to ensure a smooth transition.
