Our freight operations are distinct: we do not broker our freight, nor do we haul brokered freight. This ensures consistent miles, a favorable length of haul, and a straightforward pay structure with no gimmicks. Drivers benefit from a mentor program and a pay practical miles model that offers 3-5% more miles per year compared to short routes.
Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation package is industry-leading. Drivers earn between $.66 to $.69 CPM, with the top 50% averaging $101,176 annually and $1,945 weekly. We offer an optional per diem program, orientation pay of $120 per day, and a quarterly safety bonus.
Beyond base pay, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage including health, dental, vision, life, and disability. Our 401K plan is supported by a robust profit-sharing program, highlighted by $11.5 million in profit sharing distributed in 2025 and over $103 million contributed to employee retirement accounts since 2018.
