About the Role
We are seeking qualified Business Capacity Operators to become an integral part of our team. This role is designed for Owner Operators who wish to build their own business and earn income that suits their lifestyle. You will have the autonomy to choose your own freight and negotiate your own rates.
While owning your own truck is necessary, we can advise on how to get started if you do not yet have one, including lease or purchase options. We also offer trailers for rent if needed. To ensure reliability, we maintain a fleet of temporary backup trucks for Owner Operators in the event of unexpected breakdowns.
Hiring Process & Orientation
Candidates must hold a Class A license without (G) Night Driving or (K) Intrastate Only restrictions, along with 4 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Please note that our orientation process is not paid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. Drivers are provided with their own room during orientation.
