About the Role
We are seeking qualified Business Capacity Operators to become an integral part of our team. This role is designed for Owner Operators who wish to build their own business and earn income that suits their lifestyle. You will have the autonomy to choose your own freight and negotiate your own rates.\n While owning your own truck is necessary, we can advise on lease or purchase options if needed, and trailers are available for rent. We also maintain a fleet of temporary backup trucks to support Owner Operators in the event of unexpected breakdowns.
Home Time & Lifestyle
The typical schedule involves being out for 5 to 10 days, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. The role is structured to ensure you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring & Orientation
Candidates must hold a Class A license without (G) Night Driving or (K) Intrastate Only restrictions and possess at least 4 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Please note that our orientation process is not paid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. During orientation, drivers are provided with their own room.
