About the Role
We are seeking a Class A licensed Driver for our OTR Dry Van team. This is a solo W2 position designed for drivers who value consistent home time and reliable equipment. You can expect to average 2,200 to 3,000 miles per week.
Our team culture emphasizes safety and driver retention. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, driver referral bonuses, and safety bonuses. Drivers are responsible for 33% of load and unload duties.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to keep you connected with family. You can expect to be out for 10 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The policy ensures you get 2 days of home time for every 10 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least two weekends per month.
