About the Role
This is a Contract Driver position (1099, Solo) focused on Dry Van OTR Line Haul operations. The role is designed for drivers who prefer not to handle loading or unloading, allowing you to focus entirely on the road. You can expect to average between 2,800 and 3,500 miles per week.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay structure ranging from $0.65 to $0.75 per mile, with all miles paid. Drivers can anticipate a gross total weekly average pay between $1,800 and $2,500.
Home Time
Our schedule is built to support your life outside the truck. You can expect to be on the road for 10 to 14 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you choose. Our policy ensures you get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process and Orientation
We provide a comprehensive orientation to get you started. While orientation itself is not paid, we cover your accommodation with your own room, provide lunch and breakfast, and cover some or all of your travel expenses.
