About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Driver to operate Dry Van and Refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position is designed for independent operators who value autonomy and consistent earnings. As a 1099 Solo driver, you will manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality service.
The Experience
This role offers a balanced lifestyle with an average of 3,500 miles per week and a gross total weekly average pay between $2,000 and $3,000. A key benefit of this position is that no driver load or unload is required, allowing you to focus entirely on driving.
Regarding home time, the schedule is built around a 5-day out rotation. You can expect to be home every weekend, earning 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked. While the standard expectation is 5 days out, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose to maximize your earnings.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must possess at least 3 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
