About the Role
We are seeking an Otolaryngologist/ENT to join a busy ENT/Allergy practice in Northeast Oregon. This position offers professional autonomy within a well-established group of three physicians. The role is designed for a physician who values a balanced lifestyle, featuring a 4-day work week and dedicated weekly operating room time.
Practice Environment
The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including microscopes, video stroboscopy, Olympus towers, and distal chip fiber optic scopes. The team utilizes Epic EMR and has medical scribes available to support clinical workflow. The practice also features two full-time allergy nurses and in-office audiology services.

Located in the Grande Ronde Valley, the practice is nestled between the Blue Mountains and Eagle Cap. This area is known for its four-season climate and offers nearly 3,700 acres of year-round access to outdoor recreation at the Mount Emily Recreation Area. Residents and visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, fishing, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, and more.
Qualifications
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctors with or without US residency, holding a current US work visa.
