About the Role

Benevis Dental is seeking an Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality orthodontic care within a patient-centered, collaborative environment. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will deliver comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and esthetic smiles while supporting our mission to expand access to quality dental care across the US.

In this role, you will work closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists within our affiliated practices to coordinate interdisciplinary care and maintain continuity of treatment. You will provide clear, empathetic communication to patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and home care instructions. You will also contribute to a positive clinical environment by mentoring clinical team members, supporting efficient patient flow, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
