Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and present individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults
- check_circlePlace, adjust, and remove fixed and removable orthodontic appliances and clear aligner systems
- check_circleMonitor treatment progress and document clinical outcomes in electronic health record systems
- check_circleAdhere to infection control, sterilization, and OSHA safety protocols
- check_circleEducate patients and families on treatment options, oral hygiene, and appliance care
- check_circleCollaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary care
- check_circleGuide clinical support staff to ensure effective patient flow and high-quality service

Requirements
- verifiedDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- verifiedCompletion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- verifiedActive, unrestricted state dental license (or eligibility)
- verifiedBoard certification or board eligibility in Orthodontics (ABO preferred)
- verifiedCurrent CPR/BLS certification
- verifiedDEA registration as required by state regulations
