About the Role
The office is seeking an associate orthodontist to join their team, as their current associate is relocating soon. This is a full-time position (4 days per week), though part-time arrangements are also considered. The role is designed for an associate who can practice independently most of the time, as the owner practices at a different location. However, the owner provides excellent mentoring and collaboration, making this an ideal opportunity for new residents as well.
You will be supported by an excellent team of 3 to 4 assistants, a treatment coordinator, two front desk staff members, and an office manager. Success in this role requires a genuine love for working with teenagers and young adults, high integrity, and the ability to connect and build trust with both patients and parents. You should thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
