About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, patient-centered Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. You will work in a fully equipped clinical environment, evaluating patients through clinical examinations, histories, digital imaging, and radiographs to develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals.
As an Orthodontist with Benevis, you will perform a full scope of procedures, including fixed appliance therapy, clear aligner treatments, and growth modification. You will collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary care, ensuring high-quality, integrated treatment. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based standards
- check_circlePlace, adjust, and remove fixed and removable orthodontic appliances including braces and retainers
- check_circleProvide clear aligner therapy and manage growth modification cases
- check_circleMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- check_circleEducate patients and parents on treatment options, oral hygiene, and appliance care
- check_circleCollaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary care
- check_circleMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines
- check_circleManage orthodontic emergencies and urgent patient concerns
- check_circleMentor and guide clinical support staff to foster a collaborative team environment
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and adopt new technologies to enhance patient care
- check_circlePresent cases to patients to support treatment acceptance and optimize scheduling
- check_circlePerform comprehensive orthodontic examinations using clinical history, radiographs, and digital scans
Requirements
- verifiedDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- verifiedCompletion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- verifiedActive, unrestricted state dental license (or eligibility)
- verifiedBoard certification or board eligibility in Orthodontics (ABO preferred)
- verifiedCurrent BLS/CPR certification
- verifiedDEA registration as required by state regulations
