About the Role

As a Selector in Hanover, MD, you will be the backbone of our high-performance culture, ensuring products are accurately selected throughout the warehouse. This role exists to maintain the efficiency of our operations by leveraging warehouse equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will utilize VoCollect systems, RF scan-guns, or manual tickets to manage inventory and data entry.

Your day will involve a mix of physical activity and focused decision-making. You will be walking throughout the warehouse, standing or sitting for periods in both the warehouse environment and office settings, and adapting to changing operational needs and temperatures. As a self-motivated individual, you will work with limited supervision to accomplish tasks, making independent decisions as needed to keep our workflow moving smoothly.
