Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSet up and maintain Asana projects, Slack channels, and property folders for each deal
- check_circleAssist clients with rental searches and coordinate moving and utility services
- check_circlePrepare minutes for quarterly meetings and compile action items into Asana tasks
- check_circleRepresent the company by posting bids at county offices
- check_circleInstall lockboxes, attend acquisition appointments, and record property photos and videos
- check_circleManage calendar by adding closing dates, meetings, and due diligence deadlines
- check_circleUpdate Resimpli and Asana with relevant property information and draft legal documents
- check_circleSchedule and oversee notary services for transactions
- check_circleCommunicate regularly with sellers via email and text to update deal progress
