Domain Name Registrar
Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho, Idaho is searching for an Operations Manager for Domain Name Registrar Services. This position is vital to support the development of our client-facing teams in our Domain Name Registrar space. You will be responsible for your team strategy, hiring, training, performance, quality, employee satisfaction, and accountability processes for all domain registrar related customer service groups. As the Operations Manager of Domain Name Registrar Services, Domains will be your domain.
This job is coded as “Flex” which means the company does not currently require this position to be performed in office.
About the Role
You have been there and done that in the Domain Name world; all while managing a team. If we ask you what the difference between a gTLD and ccTLD is you will laugh on the inside, because that’s child’s play. You’ve had exposure to a lot in the Domain Name space, and are strong in this world, but you want more. On top of that, you want to create an amazing experience for our clients and internal team. You want to make things simple to understand, and tools that don’t over complicate the process. In short, make an awesome product that keeps getting better.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience as a leader managing large teams in service delivery environment
