About the Role
The Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone for assigned locations or lines of business, ensuring that service delivery is safe, efficient, and fully compliant. This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic goals and frontline execution. You will lead diverse teams of supervisors, drivers, and technicians, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while managing complex operational metrics.
In this position, you will partner closely with cross-functional departments to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day involves overseeing daily operations, managing workforce allocation, and resolving service disruptions to maintain high standards of reliability. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- verified5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, field service, or related industry
- verified2–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- verifiedStrong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements (DOT, OSHA preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience in waste management, transportation, or environmental services. Familiarity with route-based operations or fleet management systems. Experience managing multiple service lines or locations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
