We invest in technology and prototypes ahead of need, bringing commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed. Leveraging our proven expertise in federal deployment and strategic relationships, we enhance outcomes for the government efficiently and effectively.

With a focus on agility and collaboration, LMI serves the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors, helping agencies navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, we are committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.

About the Role

LMI is seeking an Operational Technology and Control Systems Cybersecurity Program Analyst to support the development of a leading new Enterprise-level Control System Cybersecurity Program Office. This role blends consulting, program administration, and subject matter expertise to support Office leadership and the Senior Advisor in the creation, implementation, and oversight of a controls-related cybersecurity risk management program for a large government client.

In this position, you will interface with a broad group of Department and Private Sector stakeholders to coordinate cybersecurity activities and initiatives. You will leverage knowledge of NIST 800 series standards, the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), and Zero Trust principles to provide technical support for policy and guidance. The role involves analyzing proposed policy changes, resolving complex cybersecurity issues, and preparing briefings for senior leadership and management.

You will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the Program Office, including maintaining calendars for working groups and inter-departmental meetings, and managing the Department's Communications and Task Management System (CATMS). Additionally, you will help develop frameworks and policies to reduce cyber risks for energy control systems at military installations and draft technical and non-technical correspondence to respond to external and congressional inquiries.

Location and Clearance

Candidates for this position must be available to work onsite in Arlington, VA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required. LMI will only consider applicants with active security clearances or those who are eligible for them, due to the nature of the work. Only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Equal Opportunity

LMI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse workforce and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
