About the Role
This position is for an Owner Operator driving a flatbed trailer on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role offers a consistent schedule with an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every weekend, with an average of 5 days out between home times.
The position involves dedicated line haul work with no driver load or unload responsibilities. Drivers will be responsible for tarping approximately 50% of the loads. Compensation includes a gross total weekly average pay of $2,500 to $5,000, paid weekly, along with a $500 sign-on bonus.
Hiring Requirements
Candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for manual transmission, air brakes, night driving, semi-trailers, or intrastate-only operation. Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience. Equipment requirements specify that there is no maximum truck age, but overdimensional trucks are not allowed.
