About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for the Clinical Trials Management Software (CTMS) at the Nicklaus Children's Hospital Research Institute. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely flow of critical research data, acting as the primary liaison between the Research Institute, vendor partners, and the Information Technology Department.
In this capacity, you will manage the daily lifecycle of clinical trial data, from the creation of study calendars and budget shells to the precise entry of patient information within 72 hours of enrollment. You will be responsible for generating key performance indicator (KPI) reports for senior leadership and collaborating closely with the Research Institute Educator to drive CTMS training and development. The role requires a deep commitment to Good Clinical Practices, HIPAA compliance, and FDA guidelines, ensuring that all research activities adhere to strict regulatory standards.
About the Team
You will be embedded within the Research Institute's Cancer Center, working alongside department leaders, research administration, and IT staff. Success in this role depends on building strong rapport across hospital units involved in research and effectively triaging application system updates to support the institute's cloud-based application suite.

Requirements
