This position is the first step toward a long-term, fulfilling career in Pickup & Delivery and Line Haul operations. As a member of the OD Family, you will join a team that values safety, precision, and career growth. You will be part of a comprehensive, paid Driver Training Program designed to set you up for success, providing 280 hours of hands-on experience and classroom learning. Through this program, you will master safe driving techniques, freight handling, and trailer operations, ultimately earning certification to operate Old Dominion tractors and trailers.
