Job Description
About Sunny Days of California, Inc.
Sunny Days of California, Inc. is a nationwide agency specializing in early intervention services for children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. With programs throughout the state of California, we provide multi-disciplinary support including occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services. Our mission is to make a daily difference in the lives of young children and their families by delivering high-quality care in natural environments.
About the Role
We are seeking a flexible, challenging, and rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will work directly with infants, toddlers, and their families, providing home-based Early Intervention services. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule and choose your locations of service, serving families in their homes, daycare centers, community-based settings, or virtually.
This position offers a unique chance to utilize the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon) to build caregivers’ confidence and skills. By following each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), you will help families develop strategies to support their child’s specific developmental goals, ensuring that progress is generalized within the family's natural environment. Our agency is entirely paperless, utilizing electronic signatures to streamline administrative tasks and allow you to focus on patient care.
Our Culture and Benefits
We offer competitive rates based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Team members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as sick time. We value work-life balance and provide flexible schedules and locations of your choice.
