We are a growing pediatric healthcare organization built around one belief: that children thrive when care meets them where they are. Our clinicians aren't working out of a clinic waiting for referrals; they are embedded in the lives of the families they serve, delivering therapy in the environments that matter most.
Established in 2019, our California-based behavioral health organization has built a reputation for quality care and community-centered practice throughout Northern California. We are now in an exciting phase of growth, expanding into Southern California to establish an Occupational Therapy team in San Diego County. This expansion is a deliberate, mission-driven move to reach more children and families who need access to skilled, home-based therapeutic services.
Joining at this stage means being part of something being built, not inherited. As an early-stage organization, the Occupational Therapist who joins now helps shape how we operate—the protocols, the culture, and the standards of care that will define this team.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess home and natural environments for hazards and equipment needs
- check_circleDevelop individualized treatment programs and establish measurable functional goals
- check_circleTeach new skills and re-train children in daily activities within primary environments
- check_circleProvide telehealth-based OT services as part of the hybrid schedule
- check_circleSupervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants where applicable
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes
- check_circleEvaluate children's functional status including motor skills and sensory processing
- check_circleCommunicate plans of care to referring providers and team members
- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create total plans of care
Requirements
- verifiedActive California OTR license
- verifiedNBCOT certification (OTR)
- verifiedDriver's License
- verifiedProof of active professional liability insurance
- verified1 year home health or community-based pediatric experience (Preferred)
- verifiedSupervision eligibility per CBOT/AOTA standards (Preferred)
