About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess patient needs and limitations to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. You will develop customized treatment plans focusing on achieving realistic goals based on each patient's unique needs and capabilities. Your work will involve implementing various techniques to improve patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, ensuring they acquire the skills needed for daily living.
You will serve as a vital link within our interdisciplinary teams, collaborating to ensure integrated and comprehensive care delivery. A key part of your day will involve educating patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies, while maintaining accurate patient records and documenting therapy progress according to professional and regulatory standards.
