About the Role
As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will be a crucial part of our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. This position offers a diverse and rewarding professional experience where you will evaluate patient conditions, develop appropriate therapy plans, and implement patient-specific interventions. You will assist patients with exercises and activities designed to help them regain and maintain daily living skills, while adapting treatment plans to meet changing needs.
Your day will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care, as well as educating patients and their families on the recovery process and post-therapy care. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
