About the Role
As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will be a crucial part of our network, working across inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. This position offers a diverse and rewarding professional experience where you will evaluate patient conditions, develop appropriate therapy plans, and implement patient-specific interventions. Your day-to-day will involve assisting patients with exercises and activities designed to help them maintain daily living skills, while adapting treatment plans to meet their changing needs.
You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care, while also educating patients and their families on the recovery process and post-therapy care. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle physically demanding tasks.
