About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role is designed for professionals who possess a genuine passion for patient care and a desire to make a tangible impact on their community. You will work across various clinical settings, focusing on individuals whose ability to perform daily life activities is compromised by physical injury, illness, or age.
In this position, you will serve as a vital partner in the recovery journey. Your day will involve evaluating patient conditions to develop tailored therapy treatment plans, utilizing a variety of exercises and equipment to relieve pain and improve mobility. Beyond direct treatment, you will play a key role in education, guiding patients and their families on what to expect during recovery and how to best cope with challenges. You will also collaborate closely with the broader rehabilitation team to coordinate activities and ensure seamless care delivery.
