We are currently growing our presence in Greenville, SC, and are looking for passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists to join our team.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in Greenville, you will deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live. Through our signature Geriatric House Calls™ model, you will treat patients in private residences and within Senior Living Communities, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. Your work will focus on helping patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life while building strong, lasting relationships.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility. You will enjoy the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. Additionally, you may incorporate telehealth and other forms of virtual care into your schedule to support greater flexibility and continuity of care.
