Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) OB/GYN Generalist to join its hospital-owned practice in Hartsville, South Carolina. This full-time, hospital-employed role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support a dynamic career in a collegial environment.
The position is designed for immediate ramp-up within a team that prioritizes teamwork, work efficiency, and an exceptional patient care experience. The practice benefits from a supportive 1:5 call rotation and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) support. Located in a small community with good public and private schools, the practice offers affordable housing and is situated 35 minutes from a major regional airport, with easy access to Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston.
Recruitment incentives may include compensation at or above the MGMA median based on experience, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, a $15,000 relocation package, annual CME funding, health benefits, a retirement plan, and marketing and practice growth assistance.
