About the Role
We are seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a newly forming, collegial group of eight OB/GYNs. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a growing practice, serve the Utah County community, and play a foundational role in building a brand-new OB/GYN residency program.
As a generalist OB/GYN, you will enjoy significant flexibility in your ratio of gynecology and obstetrics. You will be deeply involved in developing a new Intermountain OB/GYN residency program (anticipated to begin in 2028) and training medical students (beginning in 2029) in a supportive clinical environment. While you will handle 1:8 gynecology call, obstetric call may be optional, allowing you to sign out to our dedicated, experienced obstetric hospitalist team.
The clinic is conveniently located across the street from Utah Valley Hospital, where all surgeries and deliveries occur. This Level II Trauma Center serves Utah County and surrounding communities with exceptional resources, including 24/7 in-house anesthesia, obstetric hospitalists, and neonatology. The facility features a Level III NICU, Da Vinci Robotics Surgical Suites, and a thriving Women's Health Network comprising urogynecologists, MIGs, and gynecologic oncologists.

Provo is the heart of Utah County, known as one of the best places to live in the US. With a population exceeding 113,000, it offers a bustling community that blends a small-town lifestyle with cosmopolitan amenities. Residents enjoy abundant seasonal recreation, great schools, and a reasonable cost of living. The nearby Wasatch Mountains provide exciting outdoor adventures including hiking, backpacking, and skiing, while Utah Lake offers excellent water sports.
As the home of Brigham Young University and close to Utah Valley University, Provo offers outstanding college sporting events and cultural entertainment. It is also just a short 40-minute drive from Salt Lake City, which hosts a variety of professional sports and cultural events.
