About the Role

Join a thriving employed OB/GYN practice in Montvale, NJ, supporting deliveries at a modern community hospital in nearby Westwood. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside four physicians with strong APP support in a collegial, patient-centered environment just 30 miles from NYC.

The Team and Environment

You will be part of an established group featuring four physicians and a GYN APP, backed by a large referral network. The practice is supported by a Level II NICU and benefits from 24/7 MFM and intensivist coverage. The facility features advanced robotics, including a Da Vinci robotic system, and offers modern Labor & Delivery amenities such as private rooms.

Technology and Workflow

The practice utilizes efficient workflows powered by Epic and AI scribe technology. AI-assisted documentation is integrated into the daily routine to support clinical efficiency. The environment is designed to provide strong support staff and a collaborative atmosphere for all team members.
