About the Team

Florida Woman Care is the largest all-female Obstetrics and Gynecology physician practice in the Wellington, Florida area. As a single-specialty group, the team is comprised of four physicians and one nurse practitioner, with a commitment to growth and a distinct "boutique feel" within a newly renovated, state-of-the-art environment. The practice is part of Unified Women's Healthcare, a national network affiliated with the largest physician-owned Ob-Gyn practice network in the nation, spanning over 900 affiliated practices and 2,500 providers across 17 states and Washington DC.

About the Role

We are seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our esteemed team of all-female doctors. Whether you are an experienced physician or a resident eager to embark on your career journey, this role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive environment where physician governance and clinical decision-making remain the exclusive domain of physicians. While we advance the business of medicine through tools, training, and support, our focus remains on allowing you to focus solely on the practice of medicine.

This position is based in Wellington, conveniently located just 30 minutes from West Palm Beach. Deliveries are performed at the prestigious Wellington Regional Medical Center, featuring a 235-bed facility with a Level III NICU. Physicians have the opportunity to perform robotic surgeries and utilize all surgical training and skills. The practice serves all commercial insurance and self-pay patients.

To accommodate the perfect work-life balance, we offer flexible job-sharing or part-time options. The call schedule is 1:4 on weekdays and 1:4 on weekends.
