About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Generalist to join our academic team in York, PA. This unique position blends high-volume clinical practice with meaningful teaching responsibilities within a dynamic residency program. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in outpatient care and a genuine passion for mentoring the next generation of physicians.
The Role in Context
This position offers a distinct 50/50 split between OB and GYN care with no delivery responsibilities, allowing for a focused outpatient practice. You will serve as a primary preceptor for residents, supervising and mentoring them in the clinic setting while guiding their clinical decision-making and professional development. The team structure includes six physicians, five Advanced Practice Providers (CRNPs and Midwives), and a cohort of 20 residents, fostering a collaborative environment for both patient care and education.
