About the Team
Join a collegial group of OBGYNs with an outstanding history of retention, where many physicians choose to spend their entire careers. The team is surgically busy, with each OBGYN averaging two half-days of OR time per week and performing over 75 GYN surgeries annually. Current members are eager to provide mentorship and are happy to scrub in alongside a new partner.
The group operates with robust support, including highly experienced nurses, an OB educator, and midwives who function as extenders. Thoughtful infrastructure is in place to decrease administrative burdens, featuring dedicated teams for Rx refills, triage, and Pap results, along with an after-hours answering service.
About the Role
This position is based at Buffalo Hospital, an award-winning 48-bed medical center recognized as a Forbes 'Top 100 Hospital' with a 5-star CMS rating. The role offers a 4-day, 32-hour work week with a 1:6 call rotation involving four OBGYNs and two CNMs. The facility features five state-of-the-art ORs, a brand-new DaVinci robot, and an Epic EMR system.
