About the Team
Parkview Physicians Group is a collaborative and supportive environment dedicated to providing quality care to families throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. Our obesity medicine team consists of two physicians, three advanced practice providers, registered dietitians, a pharmacist, and clinical therapists. This diverse mix allows for comprehensive treatment plans for patients. We share space with Parkview's Bariatric team and have maintained zero provider turnover in the past five years. As we experience exponential growth, we are currently renovating our space to accommodate our expanding needs and are eager to learn from and teach future providers.
About the Role
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified American Board of Obesity Medicine Physician to join our Fort Wayne clinic. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm) with flexible hours and no call requirements. You will begin with one clinical team member and have access to leadership growth opportunities. The position utilizes the EPIC EMR and focuses on delivering high-quality care in a region's largest employer health system, which includes over 800 world-class providers across 45 specialties.
