About the Role

As an OB Hospitalist at WellSpan Health, you will champion a unique, full-scope inpatient practice within a regional acute-care hospital in Lewisburg, PA. This role is designed for physicians who prefer a shift-based lifestyle without outpatient clinic responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with a strong Midwifery team and a Labor & Delivery staff that provides 24/7 onsite care, ensuring a supportive, team-based environment.

The position offers a streamlined workflow in a modern Labor & Delivery unit featuring 17 OB beds, 4 L&D rooms, 18 bassinets, and a dedicated C-section/OR suite. A key advantage of this role is the 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist support, which ensures seamless care for newborns and significantly reduces overnight disruptions. Additionally, you will have immediate access to advanced specialty care, with a tertiary care hospital and a dedicated children's hospital located just 30 minutes away.
