Nursing - Medsurg/Telemetry

About the Role

We are seeking a Travel Med-Surg/Telemetry RN to join a Level I or II Trauma Center in New Hampshire for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible. This position is strictly for Med-Surg and Telemetry; it is not a PACU or OR role. The ideal candidate will possess high proficiency in Trauma and Orthopedic care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, providing, and evaluating nursing care for a wide variety of post-surgical patients.

In this role, you will make critical nursing judgments, assume full responsibility for patient care and documentation, and develop advanced critical thinking skills. You will work in a teaching hospital environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements & Eligibility

To be considered, candidates must hold an active NH or compact license at the time of submission. You must have a minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg experience, with specific, documented experience in Trauma and Orthopedics. Prior travel nursing experience of at least 6 months is required. Proficiency with EPIC is mandatory, and ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Important Note for Applicants: This facility is open to travelers residing up to 75 miles from the facility. Please ensure your profile explicitly notes your Trauma and Ortho experience, as this is a critical requirement.
