About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between patients and our nursing staff, providing direct patient care that ensures comfort and promotes optimal health. You will work in a fast-paced environment where strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential to our shared commitment to excellence.
Your day will involve assisting nurses in the delivery of care, monitoring and recording vital signs, and helping patients with daily activities such as dining, toileting, and mobility. Beyond physical care, you will provide emotional support to patients and their families, participate in patient assessments, and contribute to care plans. Maintaining clean and organized patient areas while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols will be a key part of your responsibilities.
