We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our nursing staff, providing direct patient care that ensures comfort and promotes optimal health. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Your day will involve assisting nurses in the delivery of care, monitoring and recording vital signs, and reporting any changes immediately to the medical team. You will support patients with daily activities such as dining, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining clean and organized patient areas in compliance with health and safety protocols. Beyond physical care, you will participate in patient assessments, contribute to care plans, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
To succeed in this position, you must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is preferred. We value individuals who possess proficiency in basic patient care activities, strong communication and organizational skills, and the physical ability to lift heavy weights and assist patients. Knowledge of hygiene and infection control procedures is also required.
