About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the eyes and hands of our nursing staff, providing direct patient care that ensures comfort and promotes optimal health. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced team, working closely with nurses to deliver exceptional service.
Your day will involve supporting patients with daily activities such as dining, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining clean and organized patient areas in compliance with strict health and safety protocols. Beyond physical care, you will provide essential emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a sense of trust and comfort. You will also assist in patient assessments and contribute to care plans, ensuring that every aspect of a patient's well-being is addressed with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
