As a Nurse Tech in our Medical/Oncology department, you will be an essential partner in delivering daily patient care. This role focuses on providing daily hygiene assistance, supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and collecting patient data in a timely and accurate manner. You will serve as a vital communication link between patients, families, and the broader healthcare team, ensuring that nursing care needs are clearly conveyed and the medical plan of care is transcribed accurately.
In this position, you will maintain a healing and therapeutic environment while collaborating with team members to coordinate patient care. Your day will involve assisting with treatments and procedures, providing clerical support, and documenting patient interactions professionally. You will also play a key role in staff development by assisting in the orientation of new employees and facilitating their growth within the team.

Certified nursing assistant status or at least one year of nursing assistant experience.
Skills: BLS, Pocket Masks, Bed Scales, Sphygmomanometer, Dinamap, Electronic Thermometers, Plexipulse, K-Thermia, Pneumatic Tube System, Telemetry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
