Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), serving as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the parent organization. Our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers bring together clinical professionals, housekeepers, maintenance associates, and culinary employees to support frail elder participants. Unlike many clinical environments, our team fosters meaningful relationships with patients and offers a collaborative atmosphere where staff call a vibrant, diverse, and bustling city their home.
VOANS has been voted a "Great Place to Work" for four consecutive years. Employees frequently note that their work holds special meaning, emphasizing that this is not "just a job." We celebrate sharing, encouraging, and embracing diversity, believing that blending individual strengths creates an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and can do their personal best.
