About the Role
The Lee Health Heart Institute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Structural Heart Team as a Nurse Navigator. This is a rewarding opportunity to support patients through their cardiac journey while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
The Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent point of contact for patients from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up. You will work closely with Structural Interventional Cardiologists, CT Surgeons, the Structural Heart Medical Director, and other members of the Lee Health Heart Institute. The role is primarily located at HealthPark Medical Center in our Shipley Cardiothoracic Surgery Center, though future program growth may require travel to additional locations.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelors in nursing required
- verifiedActive RN license in Florida
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years of cardiac nursing experience
Nice to Have
Masters degree in nursing. Experience in structural heart, interventional cardiology, or cardiovascular surgery.
