With 12,000 employees, we are dedicated to the vision of being "the best place to get care" and "the best place to give care." We strive to create a highly diverse and inclusive workspace where all voices matter and exceptional professionals can do the best work of their careers.
Join our Magnet-designated trauma center as a Surgery Nurse Manager. This role is designed for leaders who thrive under pressure and love navigating chaos with quick thinking and decisive action. You will model our core leadership competencies, including professionalism, innovation, adaptability, and independent judgment.
In this position, you will be accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of care provided on patient care units, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals for Patient Centered Care. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas for improvement in practice policies and processes, driving employee engagement and retention. While the focus is on leadership, you will maintain clinical competencies and may occasionally be counted in staffing to support the unit's needs. Your work will directly contribute to a healing environment that exceeds customer expectations through specialized knowledge and critical thinking.
We believe in work/life balance and are dedicated to innovation, constantly seeking ways to improve. We foster a collaborative environment where every voice is heard, and we are committed to supporting you in achieving your professional goals.
