We are seeking a dynamic Senior Nurse Manager to lead our cardiac services team. This position requires a leader with broad experience in patient care and a deep understanding of cardiac device management. The role is pivotal in overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum.
As the Senior Nurse Manager, you will partner with the Director of Patient Care Service to develop and evaluate systems that promote high-quality, cost-effective, and safe care. You will drive clinical practice development, manage patient care delivery, and ensure accountability for team performance, quality, safety, compliance, and financial efficiency. This role demands a leader who can balance clinical excellence with operational performance while keeping patient care as the top priority.
Note: This position specifically requires previous Cardiac Device Experience. A CCDS (Certified Cardiac Device Specialist) certification is highly preferred.
