About the Role
Ecumen is seeking a Nurse Assessment Coordinator in Shoreview, Minnesota, to oversee the federally mandated resident assessment process. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and maintained according to state and federal guidelines.
The Nurse Assessment Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining compliance with Medicare requirements and improving staff education and competency in completing assessments accurately.
