About the Role
We are seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our team based in St. Louis, MO. This position offers a dynamic route running from St. Louis to various locations throughout the Eastern US, averaging 2,800 to 3,000+ miles per week. As an Owner Operator, you will operate tractor-trailer units, ensuring proper utilization and adherence to all weight regulations. Your role involves the safe loading and unloading of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste, securing loads, and placarding vehicles in strict accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers an average annual compensation of $200,000 to $250,000. The compensation package is comprehensive, including all on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and mileage pay. Drivers can also expect weekly home time.
