About the Role
We are seeking a Night Janitor/Housekeeper to join our Maintenance/Housekeeping team. This role is designed for someone with a passion for working with seniors who wants a fun and rewarding job. You will be the eyes and ears of the community during the night shift (10:30 PM – 6 AM), ensuring safety, cleanliness, and resident well-being.
Your day will involve walking through each building and community grounds to identify outstanding housekeeping tasks, safety concerns, or unknown individuals. You will perform routine janitorial duties such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and trash removal, as well as clearing sidewalks and roads during icy or snowy weather. In coordination with Care Partners, you may provide hands-on transfer assistance and respond to resident emergency call systems, offering backup during building or resident emergencies.

Requirements
